NESA Results 2026/2027 – Check P6, S3 and A-Level National Examination Results in Rwanda

Students, parents, teachers and schools across Rwanda are looking forward to the release of the 2025/2026 National Examination Results for Primary Six (P6), Senior Three (S3), and Senior Six (S6/A-Level).

The National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) organizes Rwanda’s national examinations at the end of each academic year for P6, S3 and S6/Level 5/Year 3 candidates.

The 2025/2026 national examinations have already taken place across the relevant examination levels.

For example, the official A-Level timetable scheduled the 2025/2026 Advanced Level General Education examinations beginning in August 2026, while practical examinations for science combinations were scheduled from May to August 2026.

NESA also officially launched the 2025/2026 P6 national examinations in August 2026.

Primary& Secondary Schooling (K-12)

National Examination and School InspectionAuthority (NESA) is a government institution established in 2020 by the presidential order No N° 123/01 of 15/10/2020 published in Official Gazette N° 32 bis of 19/10/2020.

It was established under the Ministry of Education, to be at the center by monitoring the implementation of Norms and Standards through school inspections and also administrate the comprehensive assessments from level one (1) to level (5) in TVET and Basic Education in line with Competence Based Curriculum / Training.

The primary mission of NESA is to ensure quality of education in basic education and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) from level one (1) to five (5) and to regulate the comprehensive assessments of students and national examinations.

S3 Results and Individual Candidates

For S3 results, it is important to note that they are not only applicable to school candidates but also to individual candidates. This means that students who have pursued their education through alternative means, such as private study or homeschooling, can also access their results through the same process.
