The Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) has announced a call for applications for the 2026–2027 Hairdressing Course at Shair Academy, a specialized hairdressing training institution based in Kigali, Rwanda. Shair Academy offers a one-year hairdressing training programme and welcomes both boys and girls interested in developing practical hairdressing skills as day scholars.
Minimum Admission Requirements
Applicants interested in the one-year hairdressing course must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Rwandan citizen.
- Be 16 years old or above.
- Provide a photocopy of a National ID.
- Be able to follow lessons conducted in the English language.
The admission requirements apply to all students interested in joining the Hairdressing Course.
Application Period and Location
Applications are open from 6 August 2026 to 21 August 2026.
Interested applicants can submit their applications during working days between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM at: Shair Academy, opposite Umwalimu SACCO premises in Remera, Kigali. Applicants are encouraged to review all admission requirements before applying.
