Ni muri urwo rwego mboherereje ku mugereka w’iyi baruwa, urutonde rugaragaza abarimu n’abakozi bo mu buyobozi bw’amashuri bashyizwe mu myanya kugira ngo bategurirwe amabaruwa abashyira mu bigo bazakoreramo (Appointment letters) guhera tariki ya 1 Nzeli 2026. Mboneyeho kubasaba ko abarimu n’abakozi bose bazaba bamaze kwandikwa muri TMIS bitarenze tariki ya 31 Kanama 2026 kugira ngo abazaba bazamuwe mu ntera, bahite basimbuzwa mbere y’uko umwaka w’amashuri utangira.

Subject: Communicating the list of teachers and school administration staff who have been given job positions/ August, 2026

Dear Mayor/Director,

In accordance with Prime Minister’s Order No: 033/03 of 12/11/2024 establishing the Special Statute governing Basic Education Staff, whose Article 5 outlines the responsibilities of the Ministry in charge of education;

The Ministry of Education, through the Rwanda Basic Education Board (REB), has appointed teachers and school administration staff to positions in Primary and Secondary Schools;

It is in this context that I am forwarding to you, attached to this letter, the list showing the teachers and school administration staff who have been appointed to positions, so that appointment letters for the schools where they will work can be prepared, effective September 1, 2026. I would also like to request that all teachers and staff be registered in TMIS by no later than August 31, 2026, so that those who are to be promoted can be replaced promptly before the start of the school year.
