About the Role

As Principal, you will provide strategic leadership across the Pre-School and Early Years phase, shaping the vision, culture, and academic standards of a growing international school community. You’ll work closely with staff, families, and senior leadership to embed best practice in early childhood education within a British international curriculum framework.
Salary & Benefits Package
This international teaching leadership role comes with a highly competitive relocation package:
- Salary: £5,000–£8,000 equivalent in SGD per month, inclusive of accommodation
- Flights: Annual return flights provided

- Curriculum: British curriculum, with support for inquiry-based teaching and learning
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for education leaders who bring:
- Proven strategic leadership experience within Pre-School and Early Years settings
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in an international school context
- International teaching or leadership experience highly desirable
- A strong understanding of and commitment to inquiry-based curriculum delivery
- The vision and communication skills to lead a high-performing Early Years team
