- First Officer (Co-Pilot) Supports the Captain in flight operations, contributing to RwandAir’s reputation as a Skytrax award-winning airline and Best African Regional Airline.
Ground and airport operations
Several leadership positions are open across the airline’s ground and passenger-facing operations:
- Head of Outstation Operations Oversees RwandAir’s operational performance at outstations across its network.
- Head of Airside Operations Leads airside activities at RwandAir’s Kigali base, ensuring safety and efficiency on the ramp.
- Head of Passenger Services Directs passenger service standards and operations across RwandAir’s touchpoints.
