Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions, including accepting cash and cheques for deposit
- Verify deposit slip accuracy and process cash withdrawals precisely
- Record all transactions promptly and in compliance with bank procedures
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Handle customer inquiries on account balances, statements, cheque books, and digital banking products
- Generate reports on newly opened accounts
- Process incoming and outgoing remittances accurately and on time
- Uphold internal controls to prevent fraud, loss, and forgery
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
